Tier 2: This is a bugger. The notes are ciphered to ROT13. However you can find translations via google. Better yet the order for the braziers is below. However, if multiple people are doing this at the same time, it can mess up, just keep trying until its done.
This worked for me, although others say you can do it up too childhood, im not going to go back do it again just to prove it so heres the whole thing :). Order is: Birth, Infancy, Adulthood, Old Age, Childhood, Death, Immortality.
Next you will see a blue light eminating from the top of the pillars. You have to be quick to see them as they time out.
